Return & Refund Policy

At Fleur Wellness Market, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please reach out through our contact page and we will do our best to help.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours, the order may already be processing and we may not be able to change it. If you cancel within 24 hours, any eligible refund will be issued within 10 business days.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items returned in their original packaging. We do not issue refunds for used, worn, or damaged items due to normal use or misuse.

To start a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and return reason. All returns must be approved before you ship the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except for items damaged upon receipt). Shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Once we receive your return, we may take up to 10 business days to inspect the item(s). After confirmation that the item(s) are in good condition, please allow up to 40 business days for the refund to process. If you have not received your refund after it has been processed, please contact your financial institution.

We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% for returns that are not approved or returned outside the 30-day window.
